Plan the visit around access and the cover.
A North Avoca address may have a different route to the backyard from the front entrance. If there are steps, a narrow side path or a separate equipment area, describe them when requesting your first visit. We can plan the work before arriving.
A cover can reduce debris but also changes how we reach the water. Let us know whether it is a roller cover, a fitted cover or another arrangement, and whether someone needs to help move it. We agree who handles it and keep gates secure throughout the visit.
Before a visit in North Avoca
- Describe any stairs between the driveway and pool.
- Say whether the pool cover will already be removed.
- Mention equipment that is reached through a separate gate.
Your request starts the conversation. We confirm the service, date and any extras with you before the appointment is booked.
