A pool used most afternoons needs a different conversation from one that spends much of the week under a cover. Before recommending ongoing maintenance, we ask how you use the pool, what you already do yourself and whether leaves or other debris are a regular problem.
The aim is a clear division of jobs. Your agreed service can cover skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, testing water and routine filter care as appropriate. We also explain what needs checking between visits. A service appointment does not replace regular owner checks or supervision.
A useful first quote starts with a few details
You do not need to know every piece of equipment by name. A clear description is a good start; equipment photos can help once we arrange a way to share them. Please include:
- Your Avoca Beach address or nearest cross street, with the full address confirmed before booking.
- Approximate pool size, whether the water is clear, and when it was last serviced.
- Whether you want regular help or an occasional clean.
- Any steps, narrow access, covered equipment or pets we should plan around.
Straightforward pricing, agreed before the visit
We tailor the quote to your pool’s condition, access and agreed work. Regular visits and one-off cleans can involve different amounts of time. Chemicals are additional, and we confirm inclusions and any other costs before you book.
Our initial service is ordinary residential cleaning and maintenance. Equipment repairs, green-pool recovery and pool safety certification are outside this starting offer. If your pool needs something different, describe the issue so we can be clear about the scope.
