Quotes and bookings.
An enquiry does not create a booking. Before work begins, we confirm the scope, total service fee, visit date, access arrangements and any relevant conditions with you. Availability is confirmed individually.
Quotes are in Australian dollars and show any applicable GST. Chemicals, consumables, travel and work outside the agreed scope must be explained and agreed before they are charged. A change in the pool’s condition may require the scope or quote to be reviewed with you.
What the service covers.
We provide routine cleaning and maintenance for private residential pools with working equipment. Your quote describes the tasks suited to the pool and the work included in the visit.
Green-pool recovery, equipment repairs, electrical work, structural work, pool-fence inspections and certification are outside our routine service. Public, commercial, strata and holiday-rental pools are not part of this offer. Tell us about unusual water or equipment issues before booking.
Access and safe working.
We agree on access to the pool and equipment, pet arrangements and how to keep gates secure. Please tell us about steps, restricted access or known hazards before the visit. Share access codes securely only after arrangements have been agreed.
If conditions prevent the work from proceeding safely, we will discuss the next step. Timing changes, cancellations, payment arrangements and any access-related charges must be explained before the first booking; they are not assumed from an enquiry.
Care between visits.
A professional visit does not replace ongoing water checks, supervision, secure pool barriers or the owner’s responsibilities. Follow equipment and chemical manufacturer instructions and any treatment advice provided. Do not swim when water quality or visibility is uncertain.
Holiday-care visits take place at agreed times and do not provide continuous monitoring or emergency attendance. If someone will use the pool between visits, they remain responsible for supervision and the required day-to-day checks.
Questions about your service.
If anything in the quote is unclear, ask before confirming the visit. We want you to understand the work, the cost and how extras will be handled.
Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. These details explain our service approach; the agreed quote records the arrangements for your job.
