What determines the price?
Pool size, water condition, debris, equipment, access and the work required all affect the time needed. A pool maintained regularly and a pool needing a substantial catch-up clean can involve different work.
Tell us about green or cloudy water, heavy debris, leaks and equipment that is not running. Routine cleaning may not be the right first step. A photograph can help explain an issue, but some pools need assessment before the scope can be confirmed.
Visit frequency matters too. A less frequent visit can take longer, and the care needed between appointments still needs to be considered. We discuss what you can manage at home before recommending a schedule.
What does “chemicals extra” mean?
The service fee covers the work set out in your quote. Chemical products, salt and consumables are additional where needed. We explain those costs and get your agreement before use.
Routine water testing forms part of the agreed cleaning or maintenance service. A testing-only visit is quoted separately. Ask what readings and work are included if you are comparing options.
Your quote also confirms any travel charge or other expected cost. Extra work does not become authorised simply because an issue is found during the visit.
Know the price before we start.
A useful quote tells you what work is included, the service fee, how chemicals are charged and how changes are approved. We explain those details so you can make a clear decision.
Comparing another service? Check the same tasks, visit length or scope, chemical allowance, travel charges and total price. A lower headline fee can cover a different service.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
A description of the pool, its size, current condition, equipment and access helps us understand the job. We will tell you whether that is enough for a quote or whether more information or an assessment is needed.
Are weekly and monthly visits the same price?
We quote the work and schedule for your pool. The time needed can change with visit frequency and the care done between appointments. A monthly professional visit does not replace regular owner checks.
Will there be a call-out or travel fee?
Any travel or other attendance charge must be explained in your quote before booking. Ask us to confirm the full cost for your address and the agreed scope.
What if the pool needs more work than expected?
We discuss a change in scope or any additional charge with you before proceeding. Repairs and specialist work are outside our routine service and may need another provider.
Do you offer a price-beat guarantee?
We focus on clear inclusions, an understandable quote and useful care. We do not offer a blanket price-beat promise because different services can include different tasks and chemical costs.
