Photographs can help explain the condition and access, but they do not always show everything a quote needs. If the water is very cloudy or the bottom cannot be seen, we may need to assess the pool before confirming the work.
What we can take care of
For a pool with working equipment and suitable access, your cleaning quote can include:
- Skimming leaves and floating debris from the water.
- Brushing suitable walls, steps and ledges.
- Vacuuming accessible debris from the pool floor.
- Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets safely.
- Routine filter cleaning or backwashing where appropriate.
- Water testing, a visual equipment check and advice on the next maintenance steps.
A clear quote for the clean you need
Your one-off pool-cleaning quote depends on the pool's size, debris, condition, access and the work required. Balancing chemicals cost extra and are agreed before use. We explain the included work before booking so you know what the clean covers.
Large debris loads, specialist treatments and additional visits are not automatically included in the starting price. Equipment repairs, replacement parts, electrical work and structural repairs sit outside a routine clean. If we identify a problem, we will discuss it before any extra work is arranged.
Before and after the visit
Let us know about locked gates, pets, steps and any equipment issues. You do not need to know the technical names: a description of what is happening is a useful start. Keep the equipment area accessible and tell us if something is leaking, making an unusual noise or not running.
Afterwards, we explain what was completed and any next steps. Cleaning alone does not confirm that water is ready for swimming. Follow the advice given after testing or treatment, including any wait or retesting instructions. If you would like to keep the care going, we can discuss a regular maintenance plan.

Is green pool recovery included?
No. The one-off cleaning price is for routine residential pool cleaning. A green pool needs assessment and may require specialist treatment and several visits. Tell us its condition before requesting a standard clean.
Can you clean before a party or visitors arrive?
Tell us your preferred date when enquiring and we will check availability. Allow time for any follow-up work or water treatment; a booking does not guarantee the pool will be ready for an event.
Do I have to book ongoing servicing?
No. A one-off clean can stand alone. If you later want regular help, we can quote a maintenance schedule suited to your pool and the upkeep you handle yourself.
