What is included in a regular pool service?
Routine care covers surface skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, emptying accessible baskets, routine filter care, water testing and a visual equipment check. Your quote confirms the scope for your pool. Chemicals and work outside that scope are agreed separately.
How much does pool cleaning cost?
We quote for your pool rather than advertising a fixed fee. Size, condition, debris, access, equipment and the work needed affect the price. Your quote sets out the service fee, chemical costs and any other extras before you book.
Can you look after a saltwater pool?
Yes, routine saltwater-pool care is part of our service. Saltwater systems still produce chlorine and need water testing, filter care and checks of the salt chlorinator. Cell cleaning must suit the manufacturer’s instructions.
Do I need to be home?
We can agree on suitable access before the visit. Please let us know about locked gates, pets and equipment access. Pool gates must remain secure. We will confirm the arrangements with you before booking.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We provide pool cleaning and maintenance across the Central Coast, including coastal, lakeside and inland suburbs. Tell us where your pool is and we will confirm availability, timing and any travel cost before booking.
How often should a pool be serviced?
That depends on use, weather, debris, equipment and the checks you can do between visits. Weekly or fortnightly visits may suit busier periods; some pools need less frequent professional visits with active owner care. We agree on a plan for your pool rather than recommending monthly care for everyone.
Do you fix pumps or pool equipment?
Our service is routine cleaning and maintenance. A visual check can identify something needing further attention, but repairs, electrical work, structural work and compliance certification are outside this scope.
Can I book a green-pool recovery?
Green-pool recovery is not part of our routine service. Tell us about green or very cloudy water before requesting a standard clean; qualified assessment may be needed. Do not swim when the bottom is not clearly visible or water quality is uncertain.
Can you care for my pool while I am away?
We can quote routine visits for a private home while its owner is away, subject to availability and a clear access and contact plan. Holiday rental, strata, commercial and public-use pools are outside this service.
