Compare the full service, not just the visit fee
When comparing quotes, ask what cleaning, testing and filter work is included. Also check how chemicals, travel, substantial catch-up work and follow-up visits are charged. Different inclusions can make two headline fees hard to compare.
Our quote describes the tasks for your pool and how extras are approved. Finding an issue during a visit does not automatically authorise additional work.
Choose a schedule around real upkeep
Pool use, condition, debris, equipment and the checks you manage yourself all matter when discussing visit frequency. Tell us what your current routine looks like rather than choosing a schedule on price alone.
Less frequent professional visits still require active owner care. If a pool needs an initial catch-up clean before ongoing maintenance, we explain that as a separate step.
Prepare a clear Kincumber quote request
Call Lukas with a short description of the pool. These details help us understand the work:
- The suburb, pool size and current water condition.
- Whether your main priority is a one-off clean or regular care.
- Any equipment issue, heavy debris or unusual change in the water.
- Access to the pool, baskets, pump and filter.
Agree on scope before booking
Routine care can cover skimming, brushing, vacuuming, accessible baskets, suitable filter care and water testing. Repairs, green-pool recovery and safety certification are outside our residential cleaning offer.
Kincumber enquiries form part of our wider Central Coast service. We confirm your address, timing, scope and any travel cost individually before arranging a visit.
A few useful answers.
Are chemicals included in the cleaning quote?
Your quote explains the visit fee and how any chemicals or consumables are charged. Products needed after testing are discussed and agreed before use.
Can I begin with one visit instead of regular servicing?
Yes. A one-off clean can stand alone. If you later want ongoing care, we can discuss the pool’s condition, your home checks and a suitable schedule.
