Choose the jobs you want help with
You may enjoy testing your water but want help keeping the floor and surfaces clean. Or you may prefer an agreed maintenance visit that includes cleaning, testing and routine filter care. Tell Lukas which jobs you already do and which are becoming difficult to keep up with.
We agree on responsibilities before the first visit. Professional servicing does not replace owner checks between appointments, equipment instructions or supervision around the pool.
Cleaning, testing and routine filter care
For a pool with suitable access and working equipment, your quote can include surface skimming, brushing, vacuuming, basket cleaning and appropriate filter care. Water testing helps identify the next steps; any balancing products are discussed before use.
A visible equipment check is different from a repair. If the pump is not running, something is leaking or the water is green, explain that when you call. Repairs, electrical work and specialist recovery sit outside routine care.
Tell us about the setup without taking it apart
A little information helps make the quote specific.
- Whether you use a salt chlorinator or another sanitising system, if known.
- The filter type or a name visible on its label.
- Whether a cleaner and pool cover are in use.
- Your current routine and the help you would like to add.
Arrange the next step in Erina
Call with your suburb, pool condition and preferred timing. Availability and any ongoing schedule are agreed individually. Your quote separates the visit work, chemicals and any travel or additional cost before a booking is made.
We also discuss enquiries from Gosford, Green Point, Kincumber and the wider Central Coast. The full service-area page helps you find the right starting point for your home.
A few useful answers.
Can I keep doing part of the pool care myself?
Yes. Explain what you want to continue doing and what you want help with. We agree on the division of tasks so the service and between-visit checks are clear.
Do I need to identify my filter before calling?
No. Share the details you know. Do not open or dismantle equipment to find an answer; we will discuss what information or assessment is needed.
