Accessible baskets and appropriate filter care can be part of an agreed service. The work depends on the filter, its condition and the equipment instructions. A major filter service or replacement part is not automatically included in routine cleaning.
A visual equipment check is not a repair or safety certification. If something is leaking, noisy, damaged or not running, describe it when you call. Electrical work, equipment repairs and structural work need the appropriate separate help.
Safe access before the appointment
We need a suitable route to the pool and the equipment that forms part of the agreed work. Tell us about steps, narrow spaces, locked enclosures, pets or a cover that needs discussing.
You do not need to investigate a fault, open a sealed enclosure or take equipment apart to ask for a quote. Share what you can observe safely, and we will explain what information or assessment is needed.

Prepare the details you already know.
- Whether the water is clear and the equipment is operating.
- The filter or chlorinator type, if known.
- Your usual cleaning routine and the work you want help with.
- Any access restriction around the pool or equipment.
Agree on the work and cost
Your residential quote can cover suitable skimming, brushing, vacuuming, basket cleaning, filter care and water testing. Chemicals and extra work are discussed before use or attendance.
