For a request in The Entrance, tell us whether the pool belongs to a private home or is shared by residents or guests. Our current service is for private residential pools. Hotel, strata, guest accommodation and public-use pools are outside the offer.
For a suitable home pool, explain who can approve the visit and any chemical costs. If you are not the person living there, agree access with the occupant before we attend. The service scope and date are confirmed individually rather than assumed from an online request.
