Describe the route before we arrive.
If reaching your Mount Elliot pool involves a sloping drive, steps or a path around the property, mention the practical details in your request. We need to understand safe access for the agreed cleaning work, without you sending security codes through the initial form.
The pool and equipment may not share the same entrance. Tell us about a separate pump enclosure or garden gate and whether pets use the area. We can then arrange access and a contact plan alongside the service, rather than sort it out at the gate.
Before a visit in Mount Elliot
- Mention steps, slopes or a narrow route if they affect access.
- Describe a separate entry to the equipment area.
- Say who will be available if we have an access question.
Your request starts the conversation. We confirm the service, date and any extras with you before the appointment is booked.
A useful local answer
Can you visit a Mount Elliot pool with stepped access?
Describe the access first so we can confirm whether the planned work can be carried out safely. We agree suitable arrangements before the appointment; the suburb being covered does not confirm every property access.
